This workshop is designed for families to attend at approx 16-24 weeks pregnant.
We have piloted this for the past six months and have had brilliant feedback from the small cohorts who have attended and so are now upscaling and will have capacity for 50 couples per session.

The next one is 16th December and I would really like this widely advertised to get some good attendance. It is held at QA in the education centre on the third Tuesday of the month and bookable via event brite-

Starting next week - book now! This is an exciting opportunity to give the class a try.

We've just closed a block, and some of those wonderful parents are ready to welcome their babies earthside. This means spaces have opened up, and it's a wonderful time to welcome in new pregnant women and people.

I love to work with people over time, to get to understand how they move and what they need. It takes time to learn and settle into anything new, so as a student a block allows you that. I have SO much I want to share with you. It also gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and build community. BUT a big block can feel like a lot of commitment - which is why I am offering you this mini block. Give it a try, and see if it's the right fit for you.

If it is, you'll have priority booking for the following 4 week block, but there is no obligation.
