Batch making some smoothies for this week. I have used apple, mango, kale, and spinach these are all excellent for skin health ✨Each provides nutrients that support collagen production, hydration, repair, and protection from oxidative stress.
Here’s how each one helps:
🍎 Apple

High water content helps with hydration.
🥭 Mango
Very high in vitamin A this is for skin cell turnover and glow.
Contains vitamin C for collagen and brightening.
Helps maintain moisture and may improve texture.
🥬 Kale
Packed with vitamin K, which may help reduce dark circles.
Very high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and chlorophyll, all great for skin repair.
Contains lutein and zeaxanthin, which protect skin from UV-related damage.
🌿 Spinach
Rich in iron, promoting good circulation = healthier skin tone.
High in vitamins A, C, E which are all beneficial for repair, moisture, and reducing inflammation.
Contains folate, which helps with skin cell renewal.
