Fully qualified & insured level three beauty therapist with 18 years of experience. Having trained in Beauty Therapy since leaving school, I have developed my skills and services in premium spa's and salons. I then went on to provide a salon service from home, with loyal customers and determination, I am pleased to say that I have now established my own salon. With a fully equipped salon based in Highbury, Portsmouth, I am able to carry out beauty treatments to the highest standards of care and precision.

I specialise in a wide range of treatments including massage, facials, waxing, eye treatments, gel polish, hand & foot treatments & hopi-ear candling. Batch making some smoothies for this week. I have used apple, mango, kale, and spinach these are all excellent for skin health ✨Each provides nutrients that support collagen production, hydration, repair, and protection from oxidative stress.
Here’s how each one helps:
🍎 Apple
Rich in vitamin C, which boosts collagen production.
Contains antioxidants that fight free-radical damage and aging.
High water content helps with hydration.

🥭 Mango
Very high in vitamin A this is for skin cell turnover and glow.
Contains vitamin C for collagen and brightening.
Helps maintain moisture and may improve texture.

🥬 Kale
Packed with vitamin K, which may help reduce dark circles.
Very high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and chlorophyll, all great for skin repair.
Contains lutein and zeaxanthin, which protect skin from UV-related damage.
