I am a mobile Sports Therapist offering a range of difference treatments. There are many benefits from different treatments including prevention of delayed onset muscle soreness, stress and pain reduction, performance improvement and injury recovery and prevention. I will also meet with individuals complaining from general or work related injuries. All clients will be required to have an initial consultation, then these will no longer be required unless a new injury or problem occurs. Qualifications:
Sports Therapy BSc (Hons)
Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science (Sports Therapy)
VTCT Level 3 Award in Taping and Strapping for Sport and Active Leisure
Certificate in the FA Emergancy First Aid Workshop


Treatments:
- Pre, Inter and Post massage for exercise
- Nutritional advice
- Injury rehabilitation
- General soft tissue massage and manipulation
- Taping and Strapping for exercise

Areas include: Portsmouth and Chichester
