My spiritual journey began 20 years ago, when I started having panic attacks and anxiety. I discovered healing techniques to help me cope and my journey of self-discovery and self-improvement began. My purpose in life, is to share my knowledge and guide others towards a natural way of healing. I am devoted to teaching Reiki, guiding Meditation groups, Women's Circles and Workshops and offering Holistic Treatments as alternative options to modern medicine and as a gentle method of coping with our ever-increasing stressful lives. I embody these spiritual practices in my daily life and I know from my own experience, that they can empower and transform lives, so we can experience magic instead of misery. Our minds have become so used to being busy, they have forgotten how to be quiet. Meditation is the key to inner transformation, as we let go of our attachment to our mind and connect with the stillness of our heart. We are being asked by The Universe to change. Our humanity is evolving and we are finding ourselves faced with new challenges. We are being forced to confront our darkest fears, in order for our light to shine brighter and for our soul to evolve. Meditation will help you through this period of personal and global transformation. Through reaching within ourselves and accessing the stillness which always resides in the background, behind the chaos, we can find answers to our questions about why things are happening the way they are and what are we really here for, in this life? I offer group meditation sessions monthly on a Friday and Saturday from 10 till 1130. The focus is on releasing the old energy that may be stuck in our chakras, meridians or other energetic part of our body and then concentrating on finding the stillness that we can anchor to. Every woman has a story to tell. Regardless of where you are on your own journey, your experiences of a female have no doubt been shaped by the dominant cultural paradigm: patriarchy. A belief system and social structure that has devalued and marginalized women for centuries. But, the Sacred Feminine is arising - wisdom, intuition, nurturing, creativity, peace and love are creating a new belief system for our future generations. We are letting go of the dark, masculine, dominating parts of ourselves and the world around us and replacing it with gentleness, kindness and compassion. When this happens, we may seek to join other women in circle to connect, off-load, release or simply tell our story. Women's Circles are a safe place in which this is possible, no matter how quiet your voice or simple the tale. The format is simple. We sit as a circle of women together and soften into ourselves with a short guided meditation or oracle cards, to allow feelings to surface and talking from the heart to flow. Workshops

Many people are great at creating affirmations, but don't stay with the energy of allowing the good things to happen. This course will guide you on how to align with The Universe so that you make an energetic vibrational match to the high vibe desires that you want to manifest. This workshop will teach you the basics of The Law of Attraction, manifesting and affirmations but will also give you the tools to manifest mindfully so you are always open and allowing yourself to receive what you want in your life.

Letting go is a lifelong journey yet we always need to do it, to make space for the new energy coming in. Especially in these times where human consciousness is evolving and we are having to face our own darkness and fears. How can we truly let go of these things and why do we really need to do it? This workshop will show you how and why. It will teach you simple, yet effective ways to let go of the obstacles to enlightenment so you can become free of negativity, whether that be negative thoughts, mental patterns, emotional pain or trauma.

The truest path to happiness and joy is to live in the present moment. To leave behind egoic patterns that you have accumulated in order to survive and to really embrace the true essence of just being you and just being here now. Our thoughts don't just have psychological effects, they also have physical effects on our body. Positive thinking isn't second nature to human beings in the Western World as we have been conditioned to feel fear and think negatively. This workshop will teach you positive thinking techniques so you can develop new habits of creating uplifting thoughts, so that you can experience less stress, better overall physical and mental health and have coping skills to deal with your busy life.

Busting Beliefs
Did you know everything to do with who you are is based on beliefs? Our subconscious beliefs literally shape our world and most of our beliefs from childhood are from a place of lack and negativity and are holding us back physically, mentally and emotionally. On this workshop, you will learn how to empower yourself with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to release old limiting beliefs. This life-changing technique can help you overcome fear and anxiety, lack of confidence, low self-worth and more.

We live in a 'mind-based world' where we have been conditioned to live from the mind. Neglecting our hearts has led us to feel disconnected from ourselves and others. We have been trained to be independent of others, yet the true desire for every human being is to be with others, be part of a community, a group, a relationship - be connected to other hearts. On this course, you will develop your heart energy through loving kindness meditation (metta) and learn ways to have more harmonious relationships and attract more love energy into your life. A 3 hour soul-soothing session to help you rebalance, relax and reground your energy. Your journey will begin with a Tarot and Oracle Card guidance to help you connect with your soul path and gain clarity on your life journey. The start of the year is a wonderful time to set intentions and gain clarity as to how we would like our year to go. Reiki is both a healing energy technique and a means of becoming more of who you really are. Holistic means looking at the whole person. The mind and body are linked. Our emotions affect our physical condition and it can be helpful to look at why somebody may have a physical ache or pain and what it is trying to show them. Mentoring can take many forms. The aim is to help you become more aligned with your soul's purpose. You may not even know what your soul's purpose is, so you may be on a path to discover just that. There may be layers of conditioning (family, cultural and life) that need to be peeled away first. These layers may exist from unresolved trauma or patterns of behaviour that get stuck in our system. E.F.T is a revolutionary treatment method that offers healing of physical and emotional pain and trauma. Without the use of needles, acupressure meridian points are gently tapped to move energy in the body. The theory is that the root of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system and E.F.T releases these blockages, thus removing the unwanted feeling that is attached to the fear or trauma. It has been used effectively for releasing unwanted beliefs, fears, lack of self-confidence, low self-worth, bad habits, negative thought patterns, physical pain, stuck emotions and much more.
