We are currently in the process of finishing off furnishing our new room at Gatcombe House on Copnor Road in Portsmouth. Both Shirley and Karin are looking forward to welcoming back clients on a Face to Face basis from September onwards. Appointments are offered by Shirley on Mondays & Thursdays and by Karin on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

There might be a pandemic on and Face to Face training isn't available, but that doesn't mean our Therapists have put their training on hold. Throughout last year both Shirley and Karin ensured they maintained & exceed their CPD, focusing on working Online with Clients (Individuals & Couples).
This year there is some really exciting training out there and the first part of the year up to May is proving to be very busy.
Here is what February looks like for them. Both Shirley & Karin continue to enhance their ACT work as well as new ways of working with Couples and how to build up their CFT practice.
2 day Workshop through The Compassionate Mind Foundation on Chair work with Tobyn Bell & Alison Dixon
8 hour Workshop Level 1 Introduction to Gottman Couples Therapy through International ISC with William Burberry
1 day Minduflness & Acceptance for Self Esteem with Richard Bennett & Joe Oliver
2.5hour Webinar on Working Compassionately with Anger, through Compassionate Wellbeing with Russell Kolts.
The pandemic has certainly opened up some interesting and otherwise likely not availabe workshops to a worldwide audience.

Our Therapist Shirley is currently on leave and will resume work on Monday 4th January. During this time she will not be able to access any e-mails, voicemails, phone calls or text messages. You can still contact Shirley and leave her a message by phone or e-mail and she will reply within 24 hours of returning to work.

In the meantime she would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
