Good Morning Everyone

Here are our opening hours for the Christmas and New Year period.

Monday 22nd December 10am to 4pm
Tuesday 23rd December 10am to 4pm
Christmas Eve Wednesday Closed
Christmas Day Thursday Closed
Boxing Day Friday Closed

We will be open on:

Monday 29th December 10 am to 4pm
Tuesday 30th December 10am to 4pm

We will then be closed Until Monday 5th January.

During our closed periods, there are mobility scooters available to hire from:

Southsea Library
Central Library
Cosham Library
You can join as a member at Central Library and Cosham Library,
please check their opening times here:

Please note that there is one scooter available from each library and it is on a first come first served basis.

We have some availability of Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs, for short term booking over the Christmas season. Please get in touch with us.

We are delighted to be working with the amazing staff at central library Portsmouth to offer residents and visitors to Portsmouth the opportunity to hire a mobility scooter from the library in Guildhall square on Saturdays in the run up to the festivities. Membership is just £10 for 12 months and hire is £5 for the day (from 10am to 3pm). If you struggle with standing or walking for long periods and would benefit from the flexibility of a scooter to go shopping, meet family and friends or visit the tourist attractions in the city please pop in and enquire.

Good Morning Everyone

This is a request to all of our service users:

Please, if you are staying at one of the local hotels, and you request delivery to the hotel, it is your responsibility to ensure that the hotel is able to accommodate a mobility scooter until you arrive.

Despite a good working relationship with many of the hotels in Portsmouth, they have asked us to ensure that scooters are only delivered when the guest is residence.

We realise that sometimes, because we are closed at weekends and Wednesdays, this can be inconvenient for you but we can look for a work around. but only with the hotels' consent.

Good Morning everyone

We are open from 10am - 4pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Friday.

The weather today, chilly but sunny and a very nice day to be out exploring Portsmouth and Southsea.

We have a mobility scooter available at Cosham Library and Southsea, and of course at our main office, Portsmouth Shopmobility, Arundel Street.

Just give us a call, pop in or you can become a member at Cosham Library.
