I am pretty useless at social media and photos 😆 but I'm really good at looking after skin 👌
My client and I were chatting on Friday about how far her skins come and so I looked back at 1 of her first ever photos with me .
Wow💫
Since switching to dermaviduals we've totally repaired her sensitive skin. no longer red or blemished. no longer Dehydrated or dry.
Once the barrier was repaired we begun gentle peels and skin needling.
nearly 2 and a half years later and her skin looks so much healthier and less lined.
Goes to show what good ,decent, tailored for you ,skincare can do. that, and regular facial treatments by me. 🙌

This is one of my favourite breakfasts , I absolutely love vine tomatoes oven roasted,drizzled in olive oil ( & you all know I eat tons of avocados I just love them 😋) ... did you know due to the high vitamin c content of tomatoes , especially when cooked, that research is beginning to show, tomatoes could protect our skin from UV damage from sunburn. It's called lycopene and it is a very effective antioxidant. ... This helps to block UV pe*******on and prevent damage to the vulnerable skin tissues deeper down. So not only do they taste delicious they also help protect the skin ❤
(though you still need SPF!!) x
