The Burnout Report 2025 states that one in ten adults in the Uk have felt extreme and high stress levels in the past year. One in three experience stress frequently. 79% of adults in the UK experience work related stress. Frightening isn’t it?
It is stated that your body and brain need ten hours out of twenty four to rest, by prioritising rest we can improve our ability to cope with stress and reduce the risk of burnout which will enhance our wellbeing.
