Cuppa and a covid test 😂

I do everything in my power to keep my clients and myself safe 🙌 and that includes covid tests twice weekly, as well as adhering to the regulations and wearing the correct PPE ✅

I prefer to do a workout in the morning as it sets me up for the rest of the day and I'm absolutely buzzing with energy for the rest of the day 🙌

I've had a few new followers recently so I thought I'd do a quick post to say hey 👋 and introduce myself

So heeyyy 👋 I'm Gemma and I'm a Graduate Sports Therapist by qualification 🎓 I graduated from University of Chichester in 2016 with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. I'm 27, a Navy wife ⚓ and a dog mum to our gorgeous fur baby, Poppy 😍🐶

I have a small sports therapy & massage business, which I run from my home in Portsmouth, UK 🇬🇧

I am passionate about health & wellness and have found my business taking me down this path using treatments to help and improve health and wellness, physically and mentally 🤗💆‍♀️

I also have a small side business and own a franchise promoting health and wellness which I love so much that I want to share with everyone else 😍 check out ➡️ on Instagram for my little (I will do a more in depth post about this soon 😊)
