COVID-19 PATIENT INFORMATION UPDATE
If you experience even mild symptoms of Covid-19 DO NOT COME IN TO THE CLINIC AND PLEASE CANCEL ANY PRE-BOOKED DOMICILIARY VISIT for 10 days or until after you have had a negative lateral flow test on days 5 and 6. Members of my staff and I will also follow these guidelines.
If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 within 7 days of your appointment, please inform our reception staff. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR MORE VULNERABLE PATIENTS AND THE COMFORT OF OTHERS.
By popular request, we are still operating within the social distancing guidelines, which means that the current extended gaps between surgery appointments will remain until further notice. Please, therefore, try to attend at your given time in order for this measure to work effectively and to allow us time to sanitise public areas between appointments. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR MORE VULNERABLE PATIENTS AND THE COMFORT OF OTHERS.
We are continuing to use PPE for both your and our safety. Although the use of face coverings is no longer mandatory, we are offering the use of masks for the duration of your visit, in accordance with my Association's guidelines.
Full sanitizing procedures and PPE requirements will continue to be strictly adhered to by myself and my staff during all surgery and domiciliary visits in accordance with my Association's guidelines.
If you have any concerns regarding the above or have any questions regarding general foot care, we are still operating a telephone consultation service, during which you will be advised whether you should be seen.
