Salisbury’s Mental Health Awareness Gala 💚

Last night a fantastic group of lads proudly represented us at the Mental Health Gala. A huge shout-out to Lucianne Fitzgerald, who works tirelessly to make this incredible event happen every single year. 🙌
This evening always shines a powerful light on the importance of talking about mental health, supporting one another, and remembering those we have so sadly lost. It’s emotional, but also a true celebration of strength, resilience, and the amazing achievements within our community.

We’re honoured to be beneficiaries again this year, alongside Kick Start FC who do brilliant work using football as therapy and as a way of bringing people together. Please give them both a follow and support the amazing things they’re doing! 💙

💙 United Minds Football Match Recap 💙

Last night’s match was a true reflection of what community and camaraderie are all about. ⚽ Whether you were playing or supporting from the sidelines, everyone came together with one shared goal having fun while raising funds for therapy sessions that help lads get the support they need. 🙏🏻
To the lads who opened up and shared their own mental health stories in the lead-up to the game thank you.

We know it’s not easy, but your honesty will hopefully help others feel less alone. 💙
A big shoutout to our amazing managers, Paul and Calvin, for creating such a positive atmosphere and making sure everyone felt part of the team, regardless of ability.
You guys are spot on! 👏

Mel and Steve, thank you for stepping up to help on the gate—you’re absolute legends! 🙌
We raised enough to fund 25–30 therapy sessions, which will make a real difference to someone’s mental well-being. 💙
Before kick-off, we held a minute’s silence in memory of those we’ve sadly lost recently.

Let’s do it again in the new year! 💙
