Big Shoutout to Steve Silvester who today has just completed his first official Hyrox event in solos! Steve kept this to himself and wanted to challenge himself with all the hard work he’s been doing at 4:45am in the gym with the lads.

Steve is a top bloke and one our main sponsors with Steve Silvester Services Ltd. Quietly goes about his business and always looking to push himself. Steve been around United Minds for a while now but has really been a big part of the group since the August running challenge. Carrying injuries and running 34 minute 5ks. Since completed the challenge he’s gone strength to strength running a 24 minute 5kms, Training at silly o’clock everyday and now completing a solo Hyrox event. Top man Steve you should be so proud 👊💙

Dale winning the wave with an impressive 1:08 💪
Morgan coming 2nd with a time of 1:14 👀
George Hill completing his first solos with a time of 1:18 🐌

Ben Ash & Duncan Hewett competing in their first competition today absolutely smashing it with a 1:09. Ben has worked hard this year and was a big moment for him 💪💙
