League cup final on the tv after the game

It was a pleasure to have this great lad who I have the privilege of calling a friend in for breakfast today

He was one of the 85 plus people that done the Goggins challange this wkend , representing United Minds a men’s mental health group based in Portsmouth , they were part of a group who ran to raise money for the Amelia May foundation and this has raised them so far over £17,000 🥰

Well done to everyone who took part to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to raise money for an amazing charity 👏

Just to add United Minds Hampshire is a men’s mental health group based in Portsmouth , who hold monthly talk nights that anyone can attend, they hold regular run and gym sessions and anyone is welcome, they regularly hold events including a yearly golf day to help raise money which enables them to put men who are struggling through therapy sessions 🥰

Please check these guys out and remember it’s good to talk 🙏

The lads took on the Hyrox sim at The Revolution Gym on Sunday after putting in all those early morning graft sessions… and they absolutely smashed it 👊🔥 Proper effort all round.
