These lads have been incredible this month including some that couldn’t make today, they have run everyday in August in memory of every man we lost to su***de in the Uk last year.

Almost £4,000 raised and loads of awareness around mens mental health helping us continue to get lads help and support when needed 💙👏🏻

🚨 Come and support the Lads 🚨 Final Day of the challenge tomorrow! The boys will set off together at Spice Island Southsea at 2pm tomorrow and return together completing the amazing challenge running 4200km this month. 210km covered by each runner, running every day this month. They have put their bodies through a lot to get to this point. Come and show your support tomorrow 💙💙💙

We hope you all had an amazing bank holiday weekend! 💙

Just a quick update on the 4200k running challenge: it wraps up this Sunday! The lads are pushing through, running every day despite the sore legs and aches.

This morning, we hit over £3,000 on our JustGiving page, which means we've covered roughly 60 therapy sessions! Incredible work, everyone! 💙👏🏻

Don't forget, we have our Men’s Talk night tomorrow at 6:30 PM. Everyone is welcome! Come grab a drink and feel free to join in the conversation or just listen. 💙🗣️☕️

The lads so far have Covered 3629km with 7 days left and 571km to go between the boys. Some tired legs and mentally drained lads but the spirit in the group is high and that’s what we are all about. As you may have seen in our previous updates, the lads are on a mission to cover 4,200 kilometers for each man lost to su***de in the UK in 2024. We're raising funds to provide therapy sessions for those in need of support

Tonight was particularly meaningful as we gathered to replace banners with helplines in high-risk areas, followed by a group run. Some lads that couldn’t make tonight will be doing some more weekend 💙

Together, we’re making a difference and showcasing the true power of community!

It's hard to believe it's been 2 years since we first put up our banners on the bridges and train stations in the area! Some of them have stood the test of time, but it's time for a refresh!

Join us tomorrow at Bedhampton Bridge at 7 PM to help us replace the old banners with new ones. Everyone is welcome to get involved!For those who can’t make it we will save some for people to have the weekend 💙💙

This month Ashley Gurr, Careys project manager and 19 other men from Mental Health charity for men in Portsmouth are running 4200km between them in the month of August to raise money and awareness of men's mental health.

In 2024, we lost 4200 men to su***de in the UK. Together, we aim to raise awareness about men's mental health and secure funds to keep the vital work going.
