You are what you eat, literally!
Food is nourishment, well it should be anyway! Whatever we put in your bodies also affect our muscles and skin! If you have a lot of processed foods high in sugar and fried oils it will show up in our joints and in the muscles.
Leading to dehydration on a chronic level and quite often fatigue
