I clearly remember the first time I was introduced to the kombucha beverage. It was a long time ago, I must of been around 18 (20 plus years ago! gosh ) when I first tried kombucha and got given my first “scoby” ( Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) I knew right away from the first taste that this drink was something very special.I remember thinking wow this stuff is very powerful and that I was very lucky to be given it. 20 years on and now I have launched my own Kombucha brand
