Let’s clear this up because language matters.

Here are 3 non-traditional ways to support your menopause journey that I see make a real difference 👇

✨ 1. Rebuild your relationship with your body
Menopause isn’t your body betraying you — it’s your body changing how it communicates.
When we stop fighting, punishing or shaming our bodies, stress hormones come down… and symptoms often soften.

🤍 Support this by:
• Dressing for comfort and confidence
• Skin care & touch as a ritual, not vanity
• Moving your body because it feels good — not to shrink it

✨ 2. Care for your nervous system (before you “fix” hormones)
A constantly stressed nervous system will amplify hot flushes, anxiety, poor sleep and overwhelm.
You cannot optimise hormones in a body that never feels safe.
