Whether you’re restarting your journey, cheering someone on, or just curious to see what we’re all about, this is your invitation to join a group full of support, celebration, and food that fits your goals 💛
And YES… I promised you a recipe, didn’t I? Here’s one to kick things off in style:
🍽️ Slimming World-friendly Creamy Cajun Pasta Bake 🍽️
Spicy, comforting, and totally on plan—perfect for a midweek treat or sharing with the family!
Ingredients:
• 250g dried pasta
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 200g fat-free natural fromage frais
• 2 eggs
• 60g reduced-fat cheddar (Healthy Extra A)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1. Cook pasta and set aside.
2. Fry chicken, onion, garlic, and pepper with Cajun seasoning until cooked through.
3. Mix fromage frais, eggs, half the cheese, and seasoning in a bowl.
4. Combine pasta, chicken mix, and sauce in a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 180°C for 25 mins until golden.
