Good evening all.
Our little man has recently tested positive for Covid-19.

Due the nature of our businesses in both foot health and weight loss consultancy we have some very vulnerable clients.
Due to this reason, we have decided to cancel all clients up to and including to the 21st March.

Foot Health clients, we will be in contact with you to rebook you.

To all my lovely patients. So sorry to let you all down but I’m closing for a few weeks as the new variant of covid is far too dangerous to stay open at the moment and I need to protect you and my family. As soon as the numbers drop and QA is not overloaded I will re open. I’m ringing everyone who has an appointment and will rebook you if you want to. Apologies again. Lots of love Jacky 🦶🦶######

I am pleased to say I will be back in business next month and have started booking appointments. I will be working with full PPE and will request that you wear your personal mask at your appointment. As before, if you’re feeling unwell, with flu like symptoms, respiratory related symptoms, high temperature, cough etc you will be asked to self-isolate and not attend your appointment.

YOUR NEXT FOOTHEALTH APPOINTMENT
COVID-19 UPDATE June 2020

I am writing to let you know that hopefully the worst is over. I still cannot attend for ‘routine’ appointments.
As soon as the Government and our Governing Body give Foot Health Practitioners the green light, I will be booking appointments. I am hoping to start practising again early July.

COVID-19 is still present in the community and will be for a long time, possibly returning each year much like seasonal flu.
I am sure you will have heard of the difficulties surrounding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The standard of PPE required, even for routine care for patients who are well has risen. Masks prices have risen dramatically.
I will always have a duty of care towards you, my other patients, my family and the wider community to help prevent the spread of this virus. As much as I love my job, I am running a business which cannot absorb these cost increases and continue to provide a safe, effective service.
From today, all appointments (single and couples) will increase by £1
I will be asking for any cash or cheques to be placed in a plastic bag (provided by me) to enable me to sanitise it, further reducing the risk of cross infection.
Other measures will be in place, I will be asking you to wear your face mask and there will also be measures taken ‘behind the scenes’ to ensure our visit is as safe as possible.
I do appreciate how difficult the last few months have been, please feel free to call me to discuss any issues you have BUT PLEASE APPRECIATE I STILL CANNOT ATTEND FOR PROBLEMS THAT ARE NOT STRICTLY URGENT.

❗️Urgent Update❗️
Following the ongoing deterioration of the effects of the covid-19 virus and advice from our professionals, I have made the decision to suspend all appointments. It is my duty of care to protect my patients. I know financially I will be impacted however questioning my motives for working is imperative. By cancelling appointments I’ll be keeping myself and you safe. I do this with a heavy heart.
Please follow the government guidelines on self-isolation, social distancing and shielding, this is the best way to protect you and your family.
I sincerely hope things return to normal soon and hope you understand.
Once again I do apologise about the inconvenience of all of this.
I will contact you again when the government say it is safe to do so.
