“We’re hiring a CTO / Technical Lead (India/Asia/ Remote)”

I don’t often post jobs like this, but this one really matters.
I’m looking for a Senior Developer / Technical /Lead to help me scale something that has the potential to genuinely improve children’s lives.
We’ve built a wellbeing platform already used in schools.
Now we’re aiming to take it to 25,000 schools across England, making it accessible on a donation basis so no child is excluded.
To do that, I need someone exceptional.
Not just technically strong—but someone who wants their work to mean something.
This role might suit:
• A highly experienced developer who’s had enough of corporate pressure
• Someone later in their career looking for a more meaningful, flexible role
• Or a driven senior developer ready to step up and take ownership
You’ll be:
• Leading development of our platform (ASP.NET / C # / Azure)
• Helping complete our Android & iOS apps
• Scaling a system that needs to support rapid national growth
• Making real decisions that shape the product
It’s fully remote, flexible (8–40 hours), and can start part-time.
Salary is £40–50k (pro rata)—but this role is about more than that.
It’s about building something that could genuinely make a difference at scale.
