Twelve days of PT
On the twelfth day of Christmas my trainer gave to me 12 extra burpees, 11 jumping lunges, 10 romanian deadlifts, 9 clean and press, 8 tuck jumps, 7 squat thrusts, 6 minutes skipping, 5 se-conds rest, 4 Russian twists, 3 minutes plank, 2 turkish get ups and some confidence in my underwear!
Give it a go this Christmas and see the difference.
