Recently, our wonderful CareGiver Agata supported WG in arranging a trip to the hairdressers—something she had been thinking about for a while.

With a bit of encouragement and thoughtful planning, everything came together beautifully… and the result speaks for itself 💇‍♀️

WG was absolutely delighted with her new hair, and moments like this are what it’s all about: feeling like yourself, maintaining routines, and enjoying the things that bring confidence and happiness.

🐰 Easter Treats on the Go! 🐰

Today, the office team were out and about trying to catch as many of our busy carers as possible while they were out in the field 🚗💨

Armed with Easter eggs, we kept it as a surprise as a little treat to brighten their day. 🍫

For anyone we didn’t quite manage to catch today, don’t worry! There are still Easter eggs waiting for you back at the office 🐣

We love creating meaningful moments for our clients, and this week was extra special!

Our wonderful Team Leader, Joedy, paid a visit to one of our lovely clients, Mr JH, who will soon be celebrating an incredible milestone… his 100th birthday! 🎉

To mark the occasion a little early, Joedy surprised him with a “100” balloon and treated him to a classic favourite – fish and chips.

It’s these thoughtful gestures and moments of joy that truly make a difference. Seeing the smile on Mr JH’s face says it all 😊
