Success Starts Here 💚

Believing in yourself is the first step - but real change comes from small, daily actions. Every choice matters, and support is here when you need it.

For many people, Dry January is a chance to step back and reflect on their relationship with alcohol. For some, it brings clarity. For others, it raises difficult questions.

If stopping drinking for a month feels overwhelming, that is not a failure of willpower. It may be a sign that alcohol has become a coping mechanism rather than a choice.

At Choices, we believe Dry January should open up honest conversations about support, treatment options, and patient choice. Community-based services work well for many people. But for those with complex needs, co-occurring mental health challenges, trauma, or repeated relapse, residential treatment can be the most effective and clinically appropriate option.

Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. People deserve pathways that reflect their needs, not just what is cheapest or easiest to commission.

We offer our clients detoxification and excellent treatment to deal with reliance on drugs and alcohol. We will tailor a programme to your needs, listen to you and your loved ones, if you wish, and fully support you to begin a lifelong recovery free from addiction.
