Does anyone else feel the weeks and months just fly by and we wonder where the time has gone? This time of year especially can feel so busy whilst we prepare for Christmas and all the outings and things we have on.

We know the benefits of massage, but one of the main comments I receive is how good it is to have 1 hour where you cant be on your phone and you can switch off.

Some clients will say they find it hard to switch off initially if they aren't used to it, but how great they feel afterwards for having that time without any screens or things to do.

Massage doesnt always have to be about getting rid of the knots, sometimes its about switching off! I have many regulars who get massages just to switch off and wind down.

Hi guys, I have been getting a lot of enquiries recently and there are a couple of things I get asked quite often, so I thought id write a post on here for everyone incase any of you were wondering the same.
💬Where do you carry out the massage?
✔ I can do the massage anywhere as long as the massage bed fits. Popular options are a living area, bedroom or spare bedroom.
💬Do you bring your own bed?
✔ Yes, I have my own massage table that is roughly 185cm in length and 70cm wide.
💬 Do I need to provide anything?
✔ No, I bring the bed, towels, oil and music. If you like you can pop a candle on or your own music if you wish.
💬 How can I prepare for the massage?
✔ The only thing I do suggest to my clients is to make sure the room is nice and warm, especially in winter as your body temperature will drop during a massage, usually around 0.2-0.5 degrees.
💬 Do you talk during the massage?
✔ This is an important question especially for those that know me. No, I do not talk during the massage. I feel you would not get the full benefit of the massage if you were concentrating on having a conversation. However, if you talk to me I will respond.
💬 Do you cater for groups?
✔ Yes, I cater for groups, hen parties, girls nights in for up to 12 people with two therapists.
