What a beautiful few weeks with our Antenatal Course parents 🤍✨
We brought together an incredible team to support families through every step of pregnancy, birth and early bonding.

From Pilates with Heidi to calm and confident hypnobirthing with Barbara … our sessions were filled with movement, knowledge and reassurance.

We also welcomed Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist Emma for Talking To Your Bump and baby brain development, midwife Laura for Labour and Birth education, and I covered Infant Feeding Choices.
KellyAnne joined us to deliver Roots of Love, a gorgeous session on nurturing secure, loving connections for your baby’s emotional wellbeing. 💛

Seeing parents grow in confidence is exactly why we do this.

Our next Antenatal Course will run in February or March 2026 and we cannot wait to welcome the next group.

Baby’s First Christmas with Ruth

Baby’s First Christmas is such a special milestone and we’re so excited to celebrate it with you on Thursday 4th December at North Coast Children’s Therapies ✨

This 2 hour festive event is designed to give you beautiful memories of your little one’s very first Christmas, captured by the incredibly talented Ruth . You’ll have a selection of digital images to choose from and one is included in your package, with the option to purchase more directly from Ruth if you wish.

Your morning also includes:

Baby’s Monthly Milestones – Christmas Special

Our Baby’s Monthly Milestones Christmas Special is now open for booking and we would love to welcome you and your little one for a festive, connection-filled session 🎄✨

This monthly class is a gentle way to meet other parents, enjoy a cuppa and chat through the milestones your baby is beginning to reach. Before the session, we prepare a personalised milestone sheet for your baby based on what little ones of a similar age are typically doing.

During the session we explore:
👶 what milestones look like at this stage
💬 any questions or concerns you may have
🤝 simple ways to support and encourage your baby at home

Every baby develops in their own unique way. Some roll earlier, some cut teeth faster, and some even sleep through the night. This session helps you understand what’s typical, what’s individual and how you can gently support your baby as they grow.

Join us at North Coast Children’s Therapies for a warm, supportive morning celebrating your baby’s progress and this magical time of year 💛
