✨ Four years ago today, I found the lump that changed everything. The festive season collapsed into tears, half-hearted decorations, and a Breast Cancer diagnosis that landed on my son’s 9th birthday. Immediate surgery, reconstruction, chemo, and years of treatment followed — and I’m still on the road with 18 months to go.

Since then, I’ve learned to reprogram my November & Decembers, to avoid being pulled back into trauma and instead make space for joy. This year, on my “lump anniversary,” I woke up to a fully decorated house, tucked into a yummy brunch, stretched into Pilates, indulged in a pamper session, and am heading out for rice bowls with my daughter at our fave Korean restaurant before sinking into lush cinema loungers for Wicked For Good (with a couple of Hifi bars).

Whether it’s a small habit shift or a deep need for change, we ALL have the power to re-write our script. 💖
