I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way. With my clients I make sure to:

Assess their needs and capabilities through fitness assessment procedures. Advise them on the correct method and use of exercise machines and devices including weights. Develop exercise programs for them based on age and fitness levels. Provide instruction in a variety of fitness activities including non-gym related activities. Motivate them to work to his/her maximum and safe potential for the entire workout. Assure all exercises are done with proper form and technique maximising results. Help them to develop realistic, attainable goals and continually modifying training objectives.
