Manveer’s career journey reflects a consistent commitment to people, service excellence and creating meaningful experiences. Spanning leadership roles in 5-star hospitality across Dubai and India and more recently, resident-focused services within care homes, his approach aligns strongly with our belief that outstanding hospitality in care is built on dignity, compassion and human connection.

Following his contributions at TLC Kailash Manor and TLC Candlewood House, we are proud to have Manveer as part of the TLC Cuffley Manor team and look forward to the impact he will make for residents, families and team members.

Our residents at Cuffley Manor had a fantastic time exploring the Verulamium Museum! 🏛️✨ From the fascinating exhibits to the rich history of the area, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

It was heartwarming to see our residents engaged, sharing stories, and making memories together. A big thank you to the museum staff for being so welcoming and accommodating!

Here at Cuffley Manor, we are committed to continuous learning and ongoing improvement to ensure we provide the highest standards of care and service for our residents.

Our Hotel Services Manager, Manveer, recently delivered a Food Safety Guru refresher training to our leadership team. This session was an important opportunity to revisit best practice, reinforce standards, and ensure everyone remains confident and up to date with food safety requirements.

Food safety training helps ensure that food is prepared, stored, and served safely at all times. It supports good hygiene practices, reduces the risk of contamination, and ensures compliance with food safety regulations.

It was a busy yet joyful day at Cuffley! We visited local churches, shared gifts with our residents, and spread cheer with Santa's sleigh and his helpers. 🎅🎁 To top it off, we had the local firefighters join us for dinner, all while keeping our Health and Safety focus in mind. What a wonderful day of celebration and community spirit! ❤️✨
