The best kind of activity for me? Taking this one for a walk! 🐶🐾

Seeing him happy makes me happy and it really sets me up for such a positive day 💛

Before joining Slimming World (for the 6th time 😛), I never truly embraced how powerful simple movement could be, not just for my weight loss, but for my whole mindset.
