Afterwards, we shared some staff appreciation gifts to say a huge thank you for the incredible work our team continues to do every single day. 💝🍬

This meeting was all about celebrating what’s going well, recognising the dedication of our team, and openly sharing feedback so we can keep improving together — because at Bluebell House we never stand still.

From piping icing to adding sprinkles, there were plenty of smiles, laughs and proud moments all round. Activities like this support independence, creativity and meaningful social interaction — and of course, a little treat at the end never hurts 😄💙
