👋 Meet Judy, one of our experienced and dedicated Care Assistants here at Bluebell House!

Judy has been part of the Bluebell team for 2 and a half years, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the care sector — and it truly shows in everything she does 💙

Her journey into care began in a very special way — through training with the Canadian Red Cross, where she first discovered her passion for supporting others. That passion eventually led her into elderly care, where she’s continued to make a difference for two decades.

Mark brings a unique energy to Bluebell House. Whether he’s supporting residents, rolling up his sleeves to help the team, organising community events, or redesigning parts of the home to make it more welcoming — he gives 100% in everything he does.

👋 Meet Stef, our incredible Night Senior Care Assistant here at Bluebell House!

Stefani has been caring for our residents during the quiet hours. With an amazing 6 and a half years of experience, makes it easy for her to keep everyone safe, settled, and supported through the night 🌙💙

Stef recently passed her Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care with an overall distinction – and is now flying through her Level 3 as she continues to grow in her role 👏🎓

💬 “Making sure the residents are safe throughout the night, listening to their stories before bed and whenever they want to talk – it means so much. Being thanked for what I do gives me a real sense of pride… if that’s the right word!”

Stef’s calm, reassuring presence and deep care for the people she supports make her a true gem in our night team. The bonds she builds with our residents are built on trust, compassion, and genuine connection.

👋 Meet Paige, one of our wonderful Housekeepers here at Bluebell House – and an inspiring future carer in the making!

Paige is currently working towards her Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and dreams of becoming a care assistant once she builds her confidence 💫

While her main role is housekeeping, Paige also supports with care from time to time – and her natural warmth, empathy, and joy shine through in everything she does.

💬 “Being a part of the Bluebell team is a privilege. I’m a housekeeper, but I also do care from time to time. It’s heart-warming to be able to make individuals laugh and have fun. I love spending time with the residents and listening to their experiences – they’re so interesting! I share a bond with each and every individual, which is really meaningful to me. I assist and comfort those who need it most. I enjoy working in such a happy, passionate and caring home – it creates such a positive atmosphere, and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.”

👋 Say hello to Freya, our amazing Senior Care Assistant at Bluebell House!

Freya has been part of the Bluebell family for nearly 2 years, and in that time, she’s truly gone from strength to strength 💪💙

She’s currently completing her Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and is right at the End Point Assessment stage, aiming for a distinction — and we’ve no doubt she’ll smash it!

🧡 Freya progressed quickly in her role and was promoted to main Senior Carer 6 months ago. Since then, she’s been absolutely smashing it — leading with confidence, care, and compassion every single day.

💬 “Working at Bluebell House has been the best two years. It’s lovely to see that we’ve created such a safe and secure environment where families feel a real sense of comfort knowing their loved ones are well looked after. I love supporting the residents — it’s the most rewarding job seeing how happy and content they are, and how supported their families feel.
