💗Being asked by Libby and Jack to be a birthing partner was a true privilege and a moment I’ll treasure forever .
💕Libby was astonishing, brave ,calm and totally composed and all with no pain relief … she really is a tough cookie with the softest centre and I’m extremely proud of her .

🏃‍♀️So last year although I had a place via the ballot for GNR I had to pull out as I injured my knee . I feel reasonably recovered enough to take part this year and hoping to raise some funds for Guide Dogs .
I will forever wonder how my Grandfather managed without the help and support of a guide dog . Think he simply had a fantastic wife ! And he just got on with it . I know many who not only totally rely on their dogs for support but who also utterly adore them and become great companions. 🐕
If you can spare a few £££ I’d be hugely grateful x

🙌🏻Let’s hear it for the 7 am rs … yes you heard right. Today my lovely client arrived at 7 am for a 90 min treatment.
Some may say “oooo I’d only have a massage in the evening” but let me say don’t knock it till you’ve tried it !

My own personal thoughts were the same many years ago until I was on Mastery training in Cheltenham and before we started our day we had the option of a massage before breakfast at 7 am .

Changed my day ! And hands down I’d pick morning appointments every time.

I’m an early riser and if you are too and want to book in these slots are kept for my 90 and 120 min treatments.

I’m what you might call an old school beauty therapist and have been since qualifying over 3 decades ago!

Over the years I’ve worked with different waxing methods and products and now following many years of client feedback too, I find the traditional spatula method is still the method that works the best.

The secrets out 😊
I arrived back from South Africa in Nov to some fabulous news .
I’m going to be a Nanna 💗
And whilst celebrating my big birthday last week we found out it’s going to be a girl 💗
I know it leaked out to a couple of you but I was just sooo over joyed and I cannot wait till July .
I literally cannot wait for this little miracle to arrive and I certainly can’t wait for Libs & Jack to be told one day that they will be grandparents because it’s just the best feeling ever 💗
Thank you to everyone who wished me well not only for my birthday but also for checking in after a car accident.
I knew this year was going to be a good one 💗
