Fear can overpower any potential benefits and prevent us from making a
change. In addition, we may hold certain beliefs that are holding us back. For
example, if you learned at a young age that you have to stick by your commitments no matter what, or that you are not worthy of a healthy relationship, this can have a huge influence on the way you behave and the decisions you make.
There are a number of reasons for considering leaving a relationship including lack of communication, lack of passion, not feeling valued, or not being treated with respect to name a few. Practicing gratitude can lead to increased happiness, reduced stress and depression, and stronger resilience. It also has a positive impact on physical health, including better sleep, improved immunity, and even reduced blood pressure.
It has changed my life completely!
Being grateful for what you have makes you realise how lucky you are and how amazing it is to be alive. Practicing gratitude is one of the first things I do each morning and the last thing I do before I go to sleep.

What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories, and is a mental health therapy method. EMDR treats mental health conditions that happen because of memories from traumatic events in your past. It’s best known for its role in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but its use is expanding to include treatment of many other conditions, that include anxiety, stress and depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, sleep disturbances and more.
EMDR is a technique I frequently use with my clients and has show incredible results.
