Mornings before school can be really difficult for some children.
Worries, big feelings and anxiety can make the start of the day overwhelming.
I’ve created a Calm Before School Toolkit with gentle breathing exercises, affirmations and calming activities to help children feel more confident and settled before the school day begins.
It can be used at home as part of a morning routine to help children start the day feeling calmer and more ready to learn.
This is the first resource in a collection I’m creating to support children’s emotional wellbeing.
