Healthy eating plan, fabulous weight loss without going hungry !! My name is Gail and I've run two groups, a morning group and an evening group, for 15 years.

Slimming World's Over Wyre group formerly known as Knott End on Sea group is a lovely, friendly, supportive bunch of people who gather every Thursday with one aim - to lose weight. I truly am passionate about helping people to lose weight! If you would like to join us we meet at Stalmine Village Hall every Thursday at 9.30am and 6.30pm.
