A beautiful weekend connecting to and working with my herbs. Collecting and harvesting the early summer blooms.

I have harvested sage, rosemary and lavender and made some smudge sticks.

And for my aromatherapy treatments I have connected to & harvested some Chamomile, St. John’s Wart, jasmine and Damask Rose.

Of course Amber Cat has inspected my work thoroughly!!

For those of you who are researching earthing - here is the only company that I recommend. I use Rowland Earthing sheets and have done so for the past 12 months.
