🪻🌻🌼 Next week, we will celebrate the one year anniversary of the opening of our Health and Wellbeing Hub. 🪻🌼🌻

Heather McMurray opened the hub with a very successful opening day last year and since then, Julie and Sam have joined her to help reach out and provide social and motivational support to our patients.

Whether you have met the team or not, we welcome any patients to come along to our Front Room Hub. Please see the poster for more details. There will be lots of special guests.

If you have any good condition no missing pieces jigsaws, books and board games they would be greatly received in our HUB where we are going to have a swap shop. This service will also be providing activities to our housebound patients and groups that we run.
