There are a couple of places left on the Mindfulness Meditation Retreat that I'm leading on the 16th September. A day for taking stock, reconnecting and unwinding. Let me know if you'd like to find out more, or tag anyone that you think might be interested.

Location: Highbury (tbc)
Time: 10:00-16:00
Cost: £45

Intended for anyone that's done some meditation before this day retreat will give participants an opportunity to reconnect with the present moment through a series of silent practices. Nourishing, calming and connected.

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted so here goes. Last night was the final session of an 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. It was real a privilege to work with such an open, curious and warm hearted group over two months. It always amazes me the impact that the 8 week course can have on the lives of participants - 22 hours of contact and a lot of home practice go a long way to create positive habits. Looking forward now to January for a series of half day taster reatreats and a new 8-Week course.
