Look at this happy gentleman 🫶

Boris is 14 with stage 4 kidney disease, and a massive part of my emotional support system as a therapist.
Today he keeps me company while I tidy up the office after Saturday patients.

Loving the stretch energy ✨

Considering how busy it usually gets towards the end of the year I wanted to let you know will be away for 2 extra weeks in October seeing family.

This makes it more important to book in before I go, or in case of emergencies I will provide resources, phone consultations or referrals to help.

Thank you again for all your patience and support, I look forward to working with you come winter season!

Here's to the end of 2021, I thought I'd add my favourite photo caught this year of me cat bothering 😂
It's been an intense year for everyone and I am so honoured that I've been a safe space for you to laugh, cry, vent and let go of things that don't serve you.
Here's to better and happier times in 2022 with less pain all around!
I look forward to seeing you in the new year,
Aylin

Happy start of the festive season!
Now that December has rushed into view I want to take the opportunity to give you my closing dates.
Considering the year we have all had, I am closing up a little earlier and will not be working between the 18th December - January 5th.
However, I will be home organising before the new year, therefore if you have an emergency and need to see me my rates will be double.

Thank you all once again for your patience and support,
Aylin

Now that the clocks have changed, temperatures have dropped and it's become darker, everyone is feeling the change in energy as we all gear up for the end of the year.
With this comes the usual reduction in passive movement and fatigue, along with the stresses such as work, emotional, or familial which often leads to the odd new symptoms and flare-ups that I see in the studio.

İf you are feeling that ni**le starting to creep back up on you, now is a good time to give yourself permission take a break or hold space to regulate your nervous system.

Cornwall has been absolutely stunning! So much natural coastline has left me feeling rested and ready to jump back into the treatment room with the energy to guide healing.
See you all next week!

Best advice from a cat - keep chill and stretch.

That aside, today if my last full day of work before I go away.
From now on I'll only be taking normal appointment bookings for after the 20th September.
If you have an emergency just message me and I'll send some helpful resources or refer you to an amazing local colleague.
