A a 35 minute bus or 20 minute taxi ride / or a 1 hour drive away.

This place is great!!
I did my recce last week with and we had such a great time.

Plenty of spaces left and a full itinerary including
2 x Yoga & Pranayama classes
Barefoot sensory trail
Vegetarian lunch
3 hrs hilltop bathing
As well as plenty of time to relax, read a book, take space alone or chill out with friends.

Classes are 75 minutes and offer a safety brief on Paddleboarding, yoga and anchoring before the class begins.

Little things i have done to change your daily routine -

• Made egg and veg muffins for my breakfast (thanks for the tip)
• Practice morning pranayama .community
• Being more patient with myself
• Climbing and running with friends at work

I have also booked on for my freediving L1 course to refresh with and a Thai Yoga Massage course with the best person teacher 🩵

Being a mum is very hard at times but making slight changes to my daily routine, especially hanging out with friends helps.
