Average is a choice and Kelvin decided against it.
From our initial consultation we outlined what would be expected of Kelvin in order to transform him, not only physically but psychologically.

The beginning was tough, Kelvin had to unlearn all the self limiting beliefs he'd been programmed (alongside a complete overhaul in training and nutrition)

But he stuck with it.

Restoring Kelvin's insulin sensitivity was the initial focus. Achieved by manipulating by carbohydrate intake timing and prioritising whole, unprocessed foods. We worked in accordance with the body, not against it.

Successful recomp taking him from a 'skinny fat' appearance, to a lean mean combat machine.

Cardio wasn't neglected and Isaac has continued to progress in his boxing whilst simultaneously levelling up the physique.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you have to choose between physique development and cardiovascular performance.
