1️⃣ Fuel up smart: Eat at least 2 hours before class for optimal digestion
 
2️⃣ Hydrate well: Drink at least 500ml of water 2 hours before your session
 
3️⃣ Breathe deeply: Practice Pranayama — inhale through the nose, creating a gentle snoring sound
 
4️⃣ Acclimate to the heat: Arrive 30 minutes early to get used to the studio’s warmth. Our studio doors open 30 minutes before the class, giving you ample time to set your mat, prepare your mind and body, and get used to the 42°c heat
 
5️⃣ Take your time: No rush — whether you’re new or experienced, pace yourself

Hello, April! This Month, Let’s Talk About Stress Awareness

Life moves fast. Between work, responsibilities, and the endless to-do lists, it’s easy to forget one simple truth: rest is just as important as action.

This April, we’re dedicating the month to Stress Awareness—a reminder that taking time off, slowing down, and caring for your mental well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Your mind and body show up for you every single day, carrying you through life’s challenges and joys. In return, they deserve moments of stillness, restoration, and care. Whether that’s a deep breath, a quiet walk, a yoga class, or simply a moment to pause with a cup of tea—self-care is a practice, not an indulgence.

Meet Fiona!✨🔥

Fiona’s journey started with a passion for movement—first as a professional dancer, then as a personal trainer, and now as an expert in hot yoga and pilates. After searching for a fitness routine that mirrored the strength, tone, and endurance of her ballet training, she discovered Bikram Yoga. In 2014, she traveled to Thailand to complete her teacher training and has been teaching full-time ever since!

Always pushing boundaries, Fiona was part of the very first Inferno Hot Pilates teacher training in the UK in 2017, playing a key role in launching London’s thriving IHP scene. She later took it to the next level, earning her Level 2 certification in 2019, incorporating weights and resistance bands to intensify the workout.

She’s passionate about seeing her students grow stronger with every class. Come experience her energy and expertise—join Fiona on the mat!

With extensive experience practicing around the globe, she’s a four-time European champion and three-time World champion.
