Burnt out, stressed out, in pain or simply in need of relaxation, a Thai Yoga Massage provides healing on a deep cellular level, working with acupressure points, energy lines and deep stretches.
As a holistic practice, Thai Yoga Massage is a full body practice, which seeks to eliminate congestion, and promote flow in body and being. Accessible to every body, you do not need to have a yoga practice, or to have ever practiced yoga before, to experience the healing benefits of Thai Yoga Massage - you simply need to lie down on the mat and allow me to do all the work.
As an experienced yoga practitioner, teacher and masseuse, my own journey has taken me from a severe spinal injury to wholeness and healing, so my story is testament to the life-changing benefits of body work.
As a unique experience tailored to meet your needs, my massage practice can also include the use of organic essential oils and sound healing, along with kind, compassionate and safe touch. Before any massage, we will discuss your needs, desires and boundaries to create a healing space where you feel heard and held.
