OMG! Slimming World is launching a recipe box! I’ve only just found out myself, and wanted to be the first to let you know all the juicy details.

🎁 Slimming World Kitchen is the only recipe box anywhere that’s 100% Free Food.

🍝 There’ll be 15 tasty recipes to choose from each week – perfect to help you stay on track for a 100% Food Optimising week. The portions sizes are amazing too! 🙌

📖 Each box comes with a free mini magazine with easy cooking instructions for all the recipes you chose – and the ones you didn’t, for when you have more time to plan and shop.

I can’t wait to order my first box! It’s definitely going to help me dial up the variety in our house… not to mention cutting down on the planning, shopping and preparation.

Good morning,

It’s that time of year when we start new weight loss and fitness regimes. Slimming World can help you get both smaller and fitter for a lot less than a gym membership that will be lost by April.

Join my group on Tuesday morning 8.00 or 9.30am at The Centre, 107 Park Lane. If that doesn’t work for you, my friend and colleague Jane Lomas runs an evening group at the same venue on the same day at 5.30 and 7.00pm.
