Another boot full of donations. We have been gathering donations at Woodlands since Harvest where food was donated to the local food bank. We are now collecting for Advent to deliver to the Wellspring centre to help the homeless.
One of our very talented relatives from Woodlands knitted many hats and scarves, we have also had fleeces and water bottles donated. Thank you for your support and generosity.
I will be doing one more drop off before Christmas if anyone would like to donate shower gel, toothbrush/paste, biscuits, cereal bars, soft drinks. Please leave them at reception and I will deliver them to the Wellspring centre.

We had a quieter start to the day, before The King of Swing. Today's service was about Jesus, The bread of Life. It was nice to follow on from yesterday's discussions about what makes us 'us' There are so many different types of bread, as there are people and we all come together to celebrate our faith and remind ourselves how Jesus wants us to be fulfilled by the way we live.
