Drinking apple cider every day didn’t work for me. Then I came to realize when I went from 335 to 146 - I figured out why. I was doing everything right - I just needed to tweak one thing. 😱
When I was watching over my grandkid, I felt that I could not keep up with him. My hips and knees were killing me.
I always wanted more time with the kiddo but I always felt drained and struggling.
I am doing long walks and eating healthy but still going up on the scale literally week after week.
My best friend even joked about the scale stopped liking us after turning 40 because that is when it started to show the numbers going up.
Then one day, we decided to meet up at our favorite spot, a tiny cafe downtown. We saw that there is a new waitress and our favorite waitress that had worked there since it opened 8 years before was gone.
When we asked about her she laughed and said “It is ME!”
Suzanne and I dropped our jaws! I hadn’t recognized her! She looked AMAZING! I said, "You have to tell us your secret!" 🤩
She pulled up a chair and told us about this "Purple fizzy juice" that she is taking and added it to her morning routine,
She sent me the link to learn more about it and I decided to give it a try. Maybe it will work for us too. We are desperate.
A few months later, when we went back to our favorite cafe. It was then the waitress did not recognize us! I am now at 146 and I can finally keep up with my grandkid. 🥳
No huffing and puffing, no sore knees and hips!
Since this has completely transformed my life, I now take every opportunity to SHARE it with others who are struggling like I once was!❤️
