Most people hoover by standing still, locking their legs, reaching too far forward and pulling back. That repeated bent-over position can really aggravate your lower back.
The simple fix? 👇�Move your feet with the hoover. Step forward and back as you clean instead of bending and stretching from one spot. Keep your body moving with the vacuum and let your legs do the work.
