On I just have to mention my amazing colleagues in Team Wyre and of course the lady who started it all - Margaret Miles Bramwell.

Margaret started Slimming World at her kitchen table and using the phone box down the road as she had been to many weight loss groups and knew she could set one up where there is no humiliation and everyone was supported all the way to their dream weight. She had a vision in 1969 of what she wanted to create and look what happened! The wonderful company where we all are franchisees running our own businesses.

All of my colleagues in Team Wyre are looked after by our amazingly supportive Team Developer Sarah Wells - she’s one in a million! We all get on so well and it’s always a great time when we meet up for District Meetings, Team Meetings or when we attend promotional events together. Wherever you live in Wyre, one of us will help you achieve your weight loss dreams 🥰

My all time favourite is a roast chicken dinner but I love all of these. We are having steak tonight 🥩🥰

What is your favourite dinner (I’m a southerner 😄) or your favourite tea?

These are all meals I’ve cooked or my chef son cooked for me - I’m lucky ❤️

To get all the nutrients we need, it is recommended we eat as many different coloured fruits and vegetables as possible. What’s your favourite in this photo?
