What a gorgeous peaceful walk around York this morning, such a wonderful autumnal day. Walking round the shambles with the smell of freshly baked sourdough wafting from the bakeries, this is deffo up the top of our retirement list 😀

YIN YANG YOGA

Yin Yang Warm Yoga is a fusion of slow, passive Yin poses and active, dynamic Yang poses, performed in a candlelit heated room to promote deep tissue release, flexibility, and strength in a balanced practice that works both the connective tissues and muscles, offering a blend of internal and external benefits for body and mind. The practice starts with a Yang warm-up to build heat and energy, followed by longer-held Yin poses that target the deep tissues, fascia, and joints. All equipment is provided, bookings are now live on our website or message us to book. ###
