Summer wellness mornings running over the summer holidays

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am- 12pm

Our healthy kids happy kids adventure dedicates time to promote healthy habits. Sessions are fun filled, giving your child a place to connect, make new friends and learn new skills to encourage health and wellbeing for the mind and body.A typical morning includes-

Warm up activities
Themed yoga session
Mindfulness and breathwork
Creative expression
Healthy habits discussion circle
Games and team bonding
Guided meditation

Suitable for children age 5-12

Each 3 hour session cost is £12 per child

All our instructors are fully insured and enhanced DBS checked.

Water and fruit provided for refreshments.
