I’m so excited to announce that booking for the “Baby’s First Easter” special on Wednesday 25th March is now open! 🐰🐣

This is the perfect way to celebrate your baby’s very first Easter!

In this 75 minute Easter themed session, you’ll learn some soothing baby massage strokes and some fun yoga inspired movements, plus there will be the opportunity to make an Easter keepsake and to take some photos against an Easter themed backdrop. There will also be an Easter themed play area, and of course, plenty of Easter treats!

Refreshments are included.

This session takes place on Wednesday 25th March from 10am until 11.15am and is suitable for babies aged from 6 weeks up to around 11 months or pre-walking.

Booking is now OPEN for the April-May term of Little Dreamers: Beginners’ Baby Massage starting Wednesday 15th April in Prestatyn!

These classes are perfect for those who are new to baby massage and are suitable for babies aged from 6 weeks up to around 5-6 months (or pre-crawling).

Baby Massage is magical - it can soothe and relax your baby, can encourage better sleep, can offer relief from common symptoms such as trapped wind, constipation and congestion, and it supports bonding between you and your little one. Learning this valuable skill can really make such a huge difference to those early newborn weeks and can really support your baby’s development.
As a new (and probably very sleep-deprived) mum, I know it can feel daunting and overwhelming going to a baby class, especially if you’re getting to grips with feeding and still learning how to settle your little one. That’s why I always strive to make my classes relaxed, laid back and totally baby-led. They’re not overstimulating for you or your baby, and there’s no pressure to join in with anything during the class if your baby needs to be changed, fed or cuddled. 🥰

My classes are as much for you as they are for your baby, and the calming, non-judgemental environment and little thoughtful touches help to support and nurture you as a new parent. It’s also a great way to met other local new mums so you can share your experiences and develop new friendships!

The course investment is £58.50 and includes:

🌸 6 classes of around 75 minutes each to learn a full body massage routine.
🌸 baby-safe organic sunflower seed oil for use in class.
🌸 handouts detailing each of the strokes to aid your practice at home.
🌸 complimentary hot drinks, refreshments and little treats each week.

Little Dreamers: Beginners’ Baby Massage classes are perfect for those who are new to baby massage. The classes are suitable for babies aged over 6 weeks up to around 5-6 months (or pre-crawling).

This class is usually fully booked, but booking is now open for the 4 week Spring term starting Wednesday 25th February! Classes are every Wednesday 9.30am-10.45am in Prestatyn.

Over this 4 week course, you’ll learn a full body baby massage routine, focusing on a set of massage strokes for a particular part of the body each week. You’ll also learn a variety of techniques (including an anti-colic routine) to soothe and settle your baby and offer relief from many common symptoms such as colic, trapped wind, constipation, congestion and teething pain.

Classes are completely relaxed, laid back and baby-led, which means there’s no pressure to join in if your baby needs to be fed, changed or cuddled!

🩷 LITTLE SMILERS: MOVEMENT & MASSAGE - A beautifully relaxing baby massage course which also introduces gentle baby yoga stretches and movements to continue to support your baby’s development. Suitable for babies aged over 10 weeks, and ideal for those who have already done an introductory baby massage course (although you don’t need to have attended previously!).

🩷LITTLE POPPETS: BABY YOGA WITH MASSAGE - A fun introductory baby yoga course which includes gentle yoga-inspired stretches, movements and poses for both you and your little one! This class is a great way to support your baby’s development whilst also aiding your own postnatal recovery! As well as baby yoga, this class includes some dry massage so that you can continue your baby massage journey. 🎄EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!🎄

Serene Beginnings Baby Spa is back…with a festive twist! 🎉🫧🎄

I’m so excited to announce that I am going to be offering Festive Baby Spa sessions this November and December! 🛁🎄🫧

These unique, festive sessions will be the perfect opportunity to spend some precious one-to-one time with your little one, bonding and relaxing as you prepare to celebrate your little one’s very first Christmas!

Baby will enjoy a warm, soothing bath with gentle sensory lights and toys, followed by a relaxing massage. There will of course also be lots of adorable photo opportunities, including shots of your little one with a festive photo backdrop!

Festive Baby Spa sessions are suitable for babies from 6-8 weeks up to around 6-7months (or pre-crawling).

There’s no need to worry about your baby crying or being unsettled during the session - it’s a totally relaxed environment and very much baby-led, so you can feel free to feed, change or cuddle your baby whenever you need to!

Session spaces will be limited to just two mums and babies to ensure a relaxed and intimate environment and a totally bespoke and unique experience.

The cost is £22.50 (for one mum and baby) and this includes use of a towel, baby bath robe & slippers, use of organic sunflower seed oil, a mini festive spa photo shoot, festive refreshments and hot drinks!
