IS expected to be a very busy day in branch. Our team will be working as quickly and safely as possible to process prescriptions and serve all our patients.

If you are waiting for medication, please wait for your text message confirmation before coming to collect. This helps us manage workflow safely and reduces waiting times in store.

☎️ We have also seen a significant increase in phone calls to the branch. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to answer straight away while serving patients at the counter.
Please only call the pharmacy if your query is urgent.

Have you had a text ? ? Please come in to collect as soon as possible our rails are bursting.
Each week we will be re-texting you if you have not collected this is to remind you your medication is ready.
If you have been into the store the last few weeks we would like to thank you for your patience as we have been extremely busy and are doing our best to get your medication ready for you to collect.
Please if you haven't received a text this means we are working on your script and you will have a text in the next few days. So please only call in if you have had your text message.

We are back open today Monday 29th December
We will be busy with a big order today so please be patient as we are also under staffed.

Please do not come to collect unless your have recieved a txt. Just remember we can't hand out any medication between 1pm and 1.30pm as the pharmacist is on lunch.

Walk in prescriptions could take up to half an hour. Please be patient. You are welcome to sit down and wait or call back

Common ailments will be triaged and you will be asked to call back to pick up your medication (again wait for a txt)

Telephone calls are for urgent queries only and delivery patients who need to order medication. We will not be accepting orders over the phone.
Please use your repeat slip or the NHS app.

Also please treat out staff with kindness. We will not be tolerating any rude behaviour.

Don't forget to order your prescription by 17th December in time for Christmas. Also if you have had a text message please come pick up as our rails are filling up.
If you need a prescription we will do our best to process within the hour as we are very busy.
