Today Thursday 10th July we are short staffed so only if you have had a text message or have an emergency query come into collect. Walk ins and common ailments will be at least a half hour wait or you could be asked to call back later. Also telephone calls are for emergencies and we will do our best to answer. Our first day back in after a lovely bank holiday 27th May is going to be a very busy day in branch. As we are short staffed as staff on holiday.
So please wait for your txt message before coming into collect.
Only phone if nessary. As we may not be answered as quick as usual.
Waiting times for walkins or speaking with the pharmacist may take upto an hour or we could ask you to call back.
Sorry for any inconvenience but we will do our best to help you today but please be patient

We are very busy so phone lines are too. If you are phoning to reorder your medication ask a member of the team if they can do this for you in the future saves time and blocking up the phone line otherwise ask when you in store.
