🔵 The practice will be closed from 12.00 on Tuesday 17th March for Protected Learning Time, organised by Powys Teaching Health Board.

🔴 Should you need to contact a doctor between the hours of 12:00-18:30 please telephone 01743 455364. After 18:30 you should telephone 111.

⚪️ The Nearest Minor Injury Unit is Llandrindod Wells Hospital, who request you call ahead to book an appointment if you need to visit them.

⚫️ Repeat Prescription requests can still be posted into the surgery letter box or requested through the NHS Wales App.

Update 09/01/2026 08:30am

Like most residents in Presteigne; the surgery has lost power. We have no access to the clinical system or telephone system inside of the Practice. We also have no heating or hot water.

Some of our team are able to access the computer system from their homes, so some patients may be receiving contact from us to cancel/reschedule appointments.

The front door of the practice is open for walk in emergencies only.
