It’s been an action packed couple of weeks for us! 2 FREC 3 courses delivered in 2 weeks, as well as a First Aid At Work!

We’ve had the pleasure of delivering training to future Close Protection operatives and current security personnel, including 3 learners completing their FREC 3 in partnership with our good friends over Nationwide Academy ltd in Bolton.

Our next FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3) on partnership with our friends Nationwide Academy ltd in Bolton is on the 25/26/27th Feb and 2/3rd March, a 5-day intensive course leading to a UK qualification for individuals needing advanced first aid skills for high-risk environments.

Covers trauma, medical emergencies, oxygen use, and CPR with an AED, often serving as a step towards professional pre-hospital care roles.
Also covers:
✔️Patient Assessment:
✔️Scene safety, primary survey, and vital signs.
✔️Trauma Care.
✔️Major trauma, catastrophic bleeding control (tourniquets, haemostatics),
✔️spinal immobilisation, and splinting.
✔️Medical Emergencies.
✔️Asthma, diabetes, anaphylaxis, stroke, and use of oxygen.
✔️Life Support. CPR, AED use, and airway management (OPAs/NPAs).
✔️Role of a First Responder, ✔️Responsibilities and handover procedures.

Who should take it:

Event medics, security personnel (CPOs, door supervisors), firefighters, police, and high-risk industry workers (military, power stations).
