As a volunteer Parent Lead for Mammasocialco and a mum who’s walked through the journey of birth trauma and PTSD after having our first baby, these walks create something special — free, inclusive walks that are so much more than just a stroll.
These walks are a chance to breathe, connect, and just be — in a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. It’s about real conversations, genuine support, and reminding each other we’re not alone.
Together, we’re building a community that’s rooted in honesty, compassion, and connection — where every step forward is taken side by side, with purpose and love.
