Communication is key.

Always.

When we feel happy
we acknowledge it.
Vocalise it.
Show it.
Show it off.

But yet, not so much for
the confused, anxious,
Sad
Mad
Bad
feelings.

Why don't they deserve the same attention
and time, if not more so than the rest?

Please dear one, if theres something you begin doing more of today, please let it be speech.
To those around us.
Friends, colleagues, family.

Start with the intention to speak UP.
Thoughts.
Feels.
Needs.
Boundaries.

Action it with a whisper if a tone is tricky to find at first.
And build it UP to a conversation.

Actioned calmly with kindness and clarity,
You'll be HEARD.

If theres ONE thing us humans should be drowning ourselves in it's

A warm hello, wherever you are around the world.
It really is an absolute pleasure to be connecting with you all. ❤️

I'll be forever grateful for your interactions, messages and the trust in our paths ahead, together.

So far it's been a 20+ year pilgrimage on this road bringing me here today.

With a rucksack of practical, certified and spiritual studies, in service I'll continue to dedicate and fully embrace this journey - it speaks deep into my bones.

As a child, I learned from a wise man.
To always wander amongst nature.
To watch along the soils, shores and starlit skies.
I learned too from a wise woman.
To sit, with ears to listen.

A time to go within.
Physically.
Mentally.

As the outer natural world weaves ebb and flow around us, still in the depth of hibernation so too should our inner world...we're part of a cyclical journey also.

The lesser, diminished light in our sky is enough for our slower, resting times.

Even against the cold bitter winds
a continuing...
Of light, life, existence.
A flame, a inner spring within the darkness,
under our earth
under our skin.

Under the soils.
Awaiting the awakening of Spring.

We light candles and remember our Ancestors and the barren times they persevered and traversed, often though hardship and struggle.

Pause and reflect on our individual journey thus far.

Breathe and bless our future path and how we wish for its unfolding.

The Truth about Trust.

TRUST..." having a confidence and firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something."

When we trust we grow.
When we believe we EVOLVE.

We move BEYOND the now and the doubts of our mind dissolve.

GONE.

But this work comes with a caveat.
......

You must be TRUTHFUL with the situation or goal you're working towards......or else the shackles don't break.
....and your psyche KNOWS.

Subconsciously.
Subliminally.

Sugar coating, acting or wearing rosy glasses won't have any effect.

Your mental ➡️ physical ➡️ life algorithm will cycle the same outcomes you're already familiar with. Time and time again. (Because its safe there.........)

To is to be and TRULY KNOW you are to step into the EXISTENCE you are sat here willing to happen.

To TRUST you must be fully accepting that at times you'll be:

Lonely (for reflection)
Sad (for appreciation)
Scared (for courage)

BUT when these are TRULY embraced and encouraged within you, with a warm and inviting embrace (because its SAFE TO)......they EVOLVE into TRUST and CHANGE will be in motion for YOU.

Take the chance.
To make the change.
Bring truth to trust.
And transform your life.

The time to step through.

Doorways appear upon our journey.
Some obvious
Some not so.

The feels behind the desired,
well oiled, solid, trustworthy door,
swinging wide, wiide open presenting a brand new, fresh, encouraging path beyond.

And off we go.
No time like the present we say.
Skipping bravely and
ever so confidently through.
No fear.
No doubts.
Level UP of life unlocked.

Then come the doors that show up unannounced.
Or so we think.
Sliding in from the psyche, in silence.

These show up when WE need to show up.

Always perfectly timed.
But we say, "..not now, the times not right."

And each time we turn away,
the rot and rust take charge.
The wood wears a little thinner.
The hinge hangs a little lower.
That dramatic trademark creeeaak growing ever deeper.

An old way thats now well worn, weary.

Step through it asks.
The time has come.

Be brave.
Step beyond.
You already have
the KEY.

But if you decide to
Turn away.
If this is not 'the' time......
....I'll be waiting a little further down the road for you.
