When you book a 1to1 you'll:

🪶️ Sit - Literally, taking a pause for YOU.

🪶️ Listen - Soothing music played through the incredible 'Aura' surround sound system will guide and hold you.

🪶️ Relax - With little or no touch contact, whatever your preference, I stand, kneel and sit beside you whilst allowing your energies to restore and reset.

🪶 All sessions are then followed by a check-in in the days following.

Allow it.

When emotion, stress or anxiety takes ahold,
sit under the waterfall.

Stop and close your eyes.
Allow the unending water to cascade down, over, through your body.
Head to toes.

Literally washing away pain, sadness, doubt.

Heavy.
Conscious.
Deep.
Cleansing.

Allowing the ground beneath you to draw it all down.
Rinsing it away, miles below you.
Gone.

Feel physically lighter.
Allowing space in and around you once more.

It's never too late.

Take this moment to regulate!

Whenever or wherever you need to transition the body from a state of stress to SAFETY, reduce anxiety and re-regulate the nervous system, try simple Somatic Soothing...

Using gentle physical sensations:
🫳🏻 Touch - stroking, tapping
🌀 Breath - deep, purposeful
🥏 Movement - swaying, rocking

Momentary emotional struggles often manifest as
physical symptoms such as muscle tension, but by using easy, intentional somatic exercises you can bring gentle awareness to the area and release stored pressure in the physical body.

Techniques to try...
🔹️ Feet on the floor - Sit or stand, focusing your attention on the soles of your feet connecting with the ground. Feel the pressure, texture, and temperature. Rock slightly to feel the weight shift.

🔹️ Look around - Slowly turn your head and look at your environment. Let your eyes land on items that are neutral or pleasant. This signals to your brain that you are safe in the present moment.

🔹️ At the desk Arch - Sit on a chair, inhale and gently tilt your pelvis forward to arch your lower back. On the exhale, round your lower back against the chair.

🔹️ Twist seated - Slowly twist your spine, turning your torso from side to side while focusing on the sensation in your back muscles.

🔹️ Sounding - Inhale deeply into your belly, then exhale with a long, low 'ooooooo' sound, feeling the vibration in your chest.

It's been a busy few weeks.

The Peace Pod opened it's doors and we're over the moon to have the opportunity to host client sessions in such a dedicated, loving space.

And talking of love....my partner and I tied the knot over the weekend and have been enjoying a few days celebrating and taking time out from our usual busy schedules - hence the silence on our socials but we just wanted to thank everyone for their love and messages.....we're making our way through them. ☺️💛✨️

Full of love and ready for this next chapter!
