Spring Equinox is here in the Uk!

A date determined by the earth's tilt as it travels around the sun. Equinox happens twice a year - in March and in September.

This marks the moment when day and night are equal before light triumphs over darkness.

It signifies the end of winter’s scarcity, the awakening of nature, fertility, and the start of the planting season.

'What can I expect in a session with you?'

Truthfully, it's easy, uncomplicated and most importantly...relaxing!

In a 1to1 hour session you'll:

🪶️ Sit - Literally, taking a pause for YOU.

🪶️ Listen - Soothing music played through the incredible 'Aura' surround sound system will guide and hold you.

🪶️ Relax - With little or no touch contact, whatever your preference, I stand, kneel and sit beside you whilst allowing your energies to restore and reset.

🪶 All sessions are then followed by a check-in in the days following.

For all who are in presence of their Mother and those who are not.

For those aligned with our Earth.
For connection and creation
as we walk upon this land.

To Mothers - divine co-creators, embodying selfless love, strength, and sacred guidance.

Her appearance as the nurturing force that mirrors divine compassion, creating and protecting souls.

Teacher of grace.
Messenger of joy.

That flow we've known and nurtured,
to the past we've
trusted,

yet here again
has returned,
has us fixed,
fixated and
deflated

but the knowing
to let go and ALLOW flow.

As this Liminal space is a
luxury.

A luxury to those who lean in.

That.
Very point.

The floating
in between
but the precipice of a new opportunity,
a new way,
a new knowing.....

The one that nudges us to
our edge
our core and whispers,

"remember me?

Follow."
